Description
Motivation¶
We have added a new test suite "allmodules+allpatterns" and scheduled for SLE15 to not only enable all modules but also select all patterns in there.
Acceptance criteria¶
- AC1: passing/soft-failing scenario allmodules+allpatterns enabled for SLE12SP4 for all architectures
Suggestion¶
- DONE: Add scenario for all architectures to SLE12SP4 test development -> added now (okurz)
- DONE: Review all test results after at least one build was scheduled with these tests enabled -> all green in https://openqa.suse.de/tests/overview?distri=sle&version=12-SP4&build=0235&groupid=132
- Potentially remove scenarios where it does not make sense to have them
- Create needles or slightly adjust test code where needed, e.g. to enable and according module/pattern list in the test code for SLE12SP4
- Crosscheck same scenario on SLE15 in case of doubts: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1603508

- x86_64 and ppc64le are green, s390x failing due to what looks like a timeout due to slow operation of the step "Evaluating package selection…". But the last job is actually multiple days old and the logs have been deleted already. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1643373#settings scheduled, let's see if this can still work and will show me more details.
This one worked so let's schedule some more to gather feedback:

The testsuite "allmodules+allpatterns" on SLE12 did not register. This does not make sense because then the test suite would be just the same as "allpatterns". I set SCC_REGISTER=installation now as I think this makes more sense.
