I think we should increase priority since Leap 15.1 is supported only until November 2020, which is close!
Moreover, I would really need to have openqa-aarch64
machine to be upgraded to Leap 15.2 soon. Because I need qemu >= 4.0 for aarch64 specific tests.
Would it be possible to increase the priority of the blocking osd task so that someone pick it up? Or to upgrade at least openqa-aarch64
to Leap 15.2?

I think now is a good time to upgrade openqa-aarch64 as a precursor. Created subtask #72079

Just in time before also 15.2 goes EOL we are done with the upgrade and the follow-up tasks :) Work is already going on in upgrading to Leap 15.3 with #99183
