Description

Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP1-Installer-DVD-s390x-extra_tests_filesystem@s390x-kvm-sle12 fails in
btrfs_qgroups

This looks insofar strange as the screenshot shows that the command "parted --script --machine-l" is done once directly (followed by an echo to serial) and once in a .sh-file which output is send to serial), both with the same output.
That playground setup doing twice the command looks strange to me.

Suggestions

  • Maybe play with the worker class

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 19.7

Expected result

Last good: x86_64

The "double command execution" is not the real problem. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1961284#step/btrfs_qgroups/6 is the corresponding reference for x86_64

still fails reproducibly in the same way. Scenario is in the "test development" job group by now.

if you need a second disk for this test, then don't execute it on a system with only one disk
however, moving to M24 for crosscheck

Should be doable with NUMDISK=2
Test is still not schedule for aarch64 nor s390x
