Acceptance criteria

  • AC: The test suite systemd-tests is enabled for group Leap/Tumbleweed

Tasks

  1. Create a dynamic runner module (something like LTP)

I think we need to stabilize tests on openSUSE Tumbleweed an Leap first before we can apply the test to the SLE12 codestream if at all

Martin, are the AC up to date? if I understand correctly, this is the same as #108839 which is basically enabling Boot & Init systemd tests, or am I mistaken?

PR in review: https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/15083#

Currently, it should work for Leap and Tumbleweed as the package systemd-tests is present and constantly update in these distros.

The package is also present in GA of sle15sp4 however for updated systemd it breaks, in such a case we might need to add a feature to compile the package from git or talk to Thomas to include the package somehow in with related systemd updates

for sle15sp5 the package systemd-testsuite cap:systemd = testsuite (mod) not found is still missing. That should arrive within the next builds I assume.

for TW we have regular runs https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/2927708#next_previous
