openQA test in scenario sle-15-Installer-DVD-x86_64-textmode@svirt-hyperv fails in
logs_from_installation_system
It looks like the timeout needs to be increased to upload the logs for hyperv.

Fails since (at least) Build 489.7 (current job)

Should be fixed by the TIMEOUT_SCALE=3 I applied on the hyperv machine definition as described in #32926

sle-15-Installer-DVD-x86_64-Build589.1-textmode@svirt-hyperv-uefi has very similar problem as few months old run sle-15-Installer-DVD-x86_64-Build489.7-textmode@svirt-hyperv-uefi. Is this the same issue ? I have not found any lead in enclosed logs.
