Description
In order to help reduce the load introduced by the live view, don't show the live log by default
But still have it function and behave exactly the same as currently when users wish to see it.

I suppose the live terminal (containing serial0.txt and serial_terminal.txt) should also be disabled by default? At least it would be more consistent if both logs could be enabled/disabled by the user.

Actually having the "live" terminal working "live" would be a nice to have (Separate item?). But yes, they should be disabled by default too... unless strictly enabled by the user.

I will set this to beedback. The PR has all the bits and pieces, but we would like to test this on workers that have no video for example. Should work fine, but just in case.

@yosuun Just apply https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/pull/1467/commits/d83a514c20c6566746ef9d0bf53f4f84b7a025a0 locally. This should actually be an own PR and quickly merged.

Sure, i did proposed that - but the feature was merged before stepping into staging-test :)
