Description

https://build.suse.de/project/show/SUSE:SLE-12-SP3:GA shows the status of builds. Now we have libreoffice branched into sp3 and we have slow aarch64 builders. The consequence is that we are waiting multiple hours (at least four currently) after the other architectures are finished before a build is synced.

#13560 introduced "Prevent incomplete builds by waiting for all architectures before testing". We could set the switch only_complete=0 in openqa-iso-sync-sles but then we must accept the fact that we might have sometimes ugly build progress bars and also that we will test results for aarch64 way later than for other architectures. As an alternative we could also move out aarch64 completely into another job group to keep a cleaner picture.
