Description

A SLES installation has a looooog
timeout trying to grab release notes while a system is not plugged into
any network at all.

We have test suite already: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/2922011 which was a great job done by Dominique. I will move that scenario to the YaST job group and update test coverage document.
