closedtest fails in bootloader_zkvm

Description
This appears to be the only failure on install tests for s390 atm. I do not understand the error, it says "Test died: Unable to find image SLES-15-SP3-s390x-Installtest-HA.qcow2 in /var/lib/openqa/share/factory/hdd at sle/lib/bootloader_setup.pm line 1099", but the qcow2 is available to download on logs&assets tab.

Test suite description¶
The base test suite is used for job templates defined in YAML documents. It has no settings of its own.
Reproducible¶
Fails since (at least) Build :28582:wayland (current job)
Expected result¶
Last good: :28035:systemd-rpm-macros (or more recent)

find: /var/lib/openqa/share/factory/hdd/fixed: Stale file handle
bootloader_svirt.pm ignores assets already downloaded by cache service and downloads them again from NFS. Which sometimes breaks due to network issues. See also https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/121573
