Description

Motivation

One of the main workload drivers on OSD is SLE maintenance tests. We could save time by using the quarterly update ISO as base for maintenance tests if we do not use it already. This should be clarified.

We want to do a test run that QU can be used, in order to start progress towards time savings. This is a proof of concept.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: create-hdd with latest QU ISO (currently 15-SP3QU2, latest for 15-SP2/15-SP1)
  • AC2: use the quarterly update HDD in mau-extratests1 as base for upgrading (an example of "it can be done") - GM HDD does not need to be used for mau-extratests1 (just one execution). mau-extratests1 as mau-extratests-qu
