Motivation

Transactional server role was added in SLE15-SP1 and only installation tests were required.
After the split from QSF into QSF-U and QSF-Y, QSF-Y took over the scenario which can be found on Yast job group

transactional server role is now more important and also post-installation tests are required, which will be responsibility of QSF-U.
The installed system has a read-only root filesystem, a bug should be filed for each application that is not fixed to write only on expected directories (see Linux Filesystem Hierarchy Standard).

As mentioned within the chat, initially using extratests_textmode would suffice, and we can cross check with the packages referenced in the Jira feature, so that a good subset is known to work.

Since for the time being there are no hard requirements (Unless stated otherwise in the PRD), we can focus first on making sure the scenario would work for TW -> Sles -> Leap and then move forward into having more exhaustive tests if needed.
