Description

A live cd is a very crude compromise between features and size - installing all recommended
packages on it, is not what a user would do and is a very bad idea.

Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-Rescue-CD-x86_64-rescue@64bit fails in
yast2_i
