Unfortunately the systemd qa repo: QA:SLE15 / systemd-v234-testsuite was broken.
I've contacted the maintainers and they did a copypac from my IBS repo, e.g. home:tsaupe:branches:QA:SLE15/systemd-v234-testsuite
So, QA:SLE15 / systemd-v234-testsuite isn't a source link from the OBS repo anymore.
Sorry for that, it wasn't my intention but the maintainers decided so.

This issue is covered with the implementation of https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/45158
Actually, 45158 is implemented for systemd v234.
But I could only test it on x86_64 and s390x for now.
