I am looking into these associated failed test suites.
I did not found any product issue in last several builds. I am currently not working on this ticket or related test suites.

sle-12-SP4-Server-DVD-x86_64-prj4_guest_upgrade_sles12sp3_on_sles12sp3-xen@64bit-ipmi is not product issue instead of network issue
The failed test cases for sles-11-sp4 as guest upgrade on xen to sles-12-sp4 met a bug:1102707.
