systemd_testsuite

- AC1: The test doesn't fail because of missing packages
- AC2: The test doesn't fail trying to install wrong arch package

- Related to action #32614: [opensuse][functional][u][systemd] systemd_testsuite fails, as it does not cope with the split of systemd-container added

The related tickets are done and the test failures related to this ticket become more prominent now. E.g. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1656356 is the only failure in the most recent aarch64 SLE15 build test so we should pick this up in the next sprint.

Actually I am not even sure if we should adapt the test in this way: bsc#1090454 mentions the package qemu-x86 which was there for SLE12 on aarch64 and now it is not anymore. So I actually consider this a product issue. Let's to track it as such.

Fix was provided in the bug by tsaupe. Test fails in new failures now that most likely are "product bugs" and should be reported as such.
