Description
To activate kdump it requires rebooting machine. but shutdown of machine doesn't work.
Checked the history, this test has never passed for sles 15 yet.
Investigate and try to find out root cause, check if increasing timeout may help and gather statistics. Maybe is sporadic.

mloviska, could you please elaborate with mnowak? Maybe it will be enough to increase timeout in case of xen.

@riafarov sure. At this point it looks like a timeout problem. I am trying to reproduce locally.

I have not been able to reproduce reboot issue, however there is definitely a problem triggering kernel panic. Reboot issue seems to sporadic.

thanks. It seems to be xen specific so I added "[xen]" to the subject line now. I assume we will not have this resolved within this sprint so I schedule it for later by removing the due date as well as setting a later milestone. Please track the bug and update this ticket accordingly then when there is action.

Latest test scenario on SLE15SP1 is currently stuck on #40868 though.
