Description
Observation¶
openQA test in scenario sle-15-Leanos-DVD-aarch64-cryptlvm@aarch64 fails in
boot_encrypt
because grub_test already enters a password to unlock the disk.
Reproducible¶
Fails since (at least) Build 96.4
Further details¶
Either we don't need boot_encrypt anymore or we have to adjust this module to not fail if the previous workaround already entered the password.
Code ("if (get_var("STORAGE_NG") && get_var("ENCRYPT")) {") indicated that this was a recent code change. Therefore the progress ticket. Have not checked which commit introduced this issue but should be easy to track down.
Setting this to "High" since it blocks our encryption tests on aarch64.

Comparing video to the corresponding x86_64, screen is stuck in "Loading initial ramdisk ..." not passing to the next screen where the user is prompted for passphrase for the disk.
