Observation¶
openQA test in scenario sle-12-SP3-Desktop-DVD-x86_64-regression-installation@64bit fails in
shutdown. And all regression-*
jobs are blocked.
I saw we just applied 1 commit about power action 13 hours ago.
So this might be caused by:

Fails since (at least) Build 0251
Expected result¶
Last good: 0250 (or more recent)

Different problem, but the PR, which caused it, is the same. Forgot to disable VNC stalls on non-Xen.
