openQA worker doesn't work reliable anymore after needle created in interactive mode and reloaded

Description
Problem¶
Test running in interactive mode
Create one needle and reload the needle to continue
After this step the openQA worker is not able to detect existing needle anymore and the test fails therefore after needle cannot be matched.
Restart openQA worker and it works without any problem till creating a new needle.
create needle yast2_control-center-partitioner and reload it to continue, but then following tests Services Manager failed. It shows selected item only. Please check the logs there.

As long as it is not reproducible we can not do so much about it but the interactive mode is not in a very good shape anymore. I linked related issues.

At least I could reproduce that the interactive mode on o3 and osd with caching is not working to reload needles.
