Merge worker table columns

Description
There is no added information to the Dead status in first column, so merge the columns.
A worker can be
Offline
Idle
Working on test
That's it (I think :)
How about non responsive? (It's not idle, it's not offline, so it's in
limbo)

If it's non responding, it's offline.
the main work should be done by
commit 709ba00

Merge 'Status' and 'Connected' columns in workers overview (#1273)
Status column was mistakenly printing Dead even for live workers
due to quering database instead of websocket connection as
Connected status was.
This PR merge information of both into the Status. When worker
is idle, websockets connection is queried and Online/Offline is
displayed, else information about job is available.
but today in the morning every worker was "online" and not doing anything being caught in #18110 so I'm not sure if we are really "done" here.
@oholecek, I assign to you as you did the above commit but please free to unassign if you are not working on any missing steps. However, I would appreciate if you could mention what is missing if any.
- Related to action #18110: [tools] new sles build on osd but no worker is doing anything … *dum di dum* added
- Status changed from New to Resolved
Well, I guess we are done then.
