Motivation¶

We will use this epic to optimize our testing path, for YaST is more stable, but still might be things to be done, for migration there are more work to do.

This is a follow-up of #130216. We will double check that we have all required supporting images created and connected to the test suite we wanted to build according new migration matrix for SLE 15 SP6. At the same time we will rename test suites in a way that we can connect better the migration matrix and the test runs 'in a glance' hiding some information about particular test suite in test suite description. Migration matrix should be created at the end in Confluence instead of in a spreadsheet once all the modification are clear and agreed by the squad.

Acceptance criteria¶

AC1: Optimize testing paths in Yam squad test coverage reducing unnecessary or repeated testing ini general.
AC2: Adapt support images and migration test suites to reflect test migration matrix for SLE 15 SP6.
AC3: Work on renaming to improve traceability.
AC4: Create migration matrix in Confluence in a way that other stakeholder can easily understand what we test.
