Job cloned with clone_job.pl on a job where the assets already got pruned fails because no assets are downloaded

From my point of view clone_job should just fail to clone in such case because it is obvious that it will fail so there is no point to clone it
clone_job can't know - unless it's duplicating things from the isotovideo engine.
