Observation¶

When a openqa-review pipeline fails, reports are only partially generated.

This is a followup to #95989#note-8

Acceptance Criteria¶

AC1: Add a date on the index page when reports were generated

Add a simple date ... in the gitlab CI pipeline index page generation script
