Description
As new build started running we need to track the recent changes and see what s missing
First reasons found:
AUTOYAST variable missing: https://gitlab.suse.de/qac/qac-openqa-yaml/-/merge_requests/339. https://gitlab.suse.de/qac/qac-openqa-yaml/-/merge_requests/339BETA variable was set to 0, maybe taken from the Online Medium, which is now set to BETA=1, so next automatic run it should be ok.There was a problem with autoyast installation, docker-runc is not longer available.
I prepared a common profile to be used for 15-SP4

I would like to consider this as done. Of course the tests are not green yet, but the functionality to trigger the create_hdd jobs with their dependencies is in place. For the rest of the things we can create separate tickets for each different issue.

latest_host will be used for testing the 15-SP4 images that come from IBS, the same way we test it for Server-Updates
and latest_images will be used for testing the 15-SP4 container image the same way we test it for Image-Updates
