Description
Observation¶
openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-ovs-server@64bit fails in
ovs_server
Since the introduction of this test, it has seen very frequent failures; the failure rate is too high to make it a reasonable decision-driver for the quality of the product under test
Test suite description¶
Regression test for openvswitch-ipsec. Maintainer: Anna Minou
Reproducible¶
Fails since (at least) Build 20210118
Expected result¶
Last good: 20210118 (or more recent)
Further details¶
Always latest result in this scenario: latest
- Subject changed from unstable test: ovs_server to [qe-core] [opensuse] unstable test: ovs_server
- Start date deleted (
2021-01-20)
This is an autogenerated message for openQA integration by the openqa_review script:
This bug is still referenced in a failing openQA test: ovs-client
https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1617201
To prevent further reminder comments one of the following options should be followed:
- The test scenario is fixed by applying the bug fix to the tested product or the test is adjusted
- The openQA job group is moved to "Released"
- The label in the openQA scenario is removed
- Assignee set to punkioudi
- Status changed from New to Workable
- % Done changed from 0 to 50
The reason that the test was failing sporadically is that, while the client was sending a file to the server, the server was still in the phase of cleaning up the directories of the previous test scenario. A new barrier has been added after the cleanup, in order to ensure that the file is well sent and seen by the server.

- Status changed from Workable to Resolved
- % Done changed from 50 to 100
