Description

Follow poo#73627, we need remove common-criteria pattern for all patterns test. This will be done in patch_sle::install_patterns().

We will create a specific set of tests where patterns-certification-common-criteria is installed, base+serverapp+desktopapp with default pattern on all Arches.

Update the code in patch_sle, removed common-criteria if installed, won't install it if not installed,https://github.com/lemon-suse/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/tree/remove_common-criteria_for_all_patterns

It is strange that online migration hasn't the step to install patterns on base system, I will add it for online migration same as offline migration done.
