Ioannis proposes to implement retry mechanism to make check more stable.
Recent example: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1421061#step/installation/1
Due to the connections issues it would be meaningful to retry the request in test_ayp_url before show the record_info.

Acceptance criteria¶
- Retry mechanism is implemented and tested against problematic workers
- If 1. doesn't stabilize, we investigate what is different in those workers configuration
