Description
For example, there is a jobgroup1 in parent job group, then click the 'plus' button to add a new sub job group in the parent job group and the job group name is 'jobgroup1' too. The page will stay in the waiting result. There is no result returned.
The database operation already returns an error message, but the function does not deal with it correctly.'
