Those qcow2 weren't in the fixed directory.
I can only find the following on O3:

./fixed/windows-10-x86_64-1511@64bit_win.qcow2
./fixed/windows-10-x86_64-1511@uefi_win.qcow2
./windows-10-x86_64-1903@64bit_win.qcow2

windows-10-x86_64-1903@uefi_win.qcow2 is missing (UEFI)

Those qcow2 images are created by two jobs in group Windows https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/overview?distri=windows&version=10&build=1903&groupid=22
They are failing

I tried to fix it on my openQA instance qemu-4G but it doesn't have enough memory and the job times out always anywhere.
Someone needs to take over.
