- Subject changed from test fails in updates_packagekit_gpk as unexepected authentication password menu to [functional][u][opensuse] test fails in updates_packagekit_gpk as unexepected authentication password menu
- Priority changed from Normal to High
I would say that it is a product bug, but it needs to be investigated.
It is maybe related to the previous module, which is adding repositories. Some background task may have caused the conflict (PackageKit?)

I could add a new needle with same old tag "authentication-required-user-settings" to handle the new authentication text
"Authentication is required to modify a system repository"
you could. Functionally it will not make a difference. However in #63394 with https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/9543 I added a new, more generic tag "authentication-required-modify-system" that I recommend to be used.
- Related to action #63394: [desktop] test fails in consoletest_finish, unexpected popup for authentication modifying system repositories, workaround for boo#1163435 added
- Subject changed from [functional][u][opensuse] test fails in updates_packagekit_gpk as unexepected authentication password menu to [functional][u][opensuse] test fails in updates_packagekit_gpk as unexpected authentication password menu
