btrfsprogs has changed the return value on qgroup assign if the volume needs rescan, see upstream commit
https://github.com/kdave/btrfs-progs/commit/51e1faee06ddfe14989282a8e3a1c8e0c6003268

The command did execute successfully, which means the return value has to be 0 (and newly is) but the test relies on retval 1
