[functional][y][SLE-3804] snapper list: mark current and active snapshot and prevent deleting them

Description
After successful manual testing of https://jira.suse.com/browse/SLE-3804 we can proceed with automation.
We already have a job with transactional server role, so we can extend coverage there.

Take a look to the different approaches used in our repo about snapper and use the most suitable one or even reuse some functionality if possible.
