The Python API for managing users and groups in local domains (id_provider=local) was removed completely. The interface had been packaged as module called pysss.local
Then, we should remove the 'local' test for sssd for Tumbleweed.

I see this related to https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1085145 and the referenced progress ticket where so far we have not found a new maintainer for the test module sssd which should be done as part of this ticket.
