Description
After https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst/pull/1081 we should have a good start to try out the same approach for the IPMI backend and see if we can apply the same approach as in #45047
updated link to latest, cannot find any occurence of the failure though
do we know which console failed to connect?
need to solve #45362 first, before we can work on this

Of course there is a product bug but you might have missed that this ticket was "Enhancement to existing tests", about "need better post_fail_hook or retry, compare to s390x approach". Might not be relevant anymore if you leave out IMPI overall :)
