Bulk action to set status back to "New" for older tickets which are in "future". They would need to be revisited in time when we come up with a defined plan and assign to a milestone.

With https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/salt-pillars-openqa/merge_requests/208 we have a second powerVM machine in use for openQA which fulfills AC1. With https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/pull/1980 we have AC2 implicitly fulfilled.
