[sle15sp1][desktop] Enable gnome-message testing.

Description
The messaging group contains pidgin and evolution testing which need to be enabled in sle15sp1.
To avoid duplication effort, I kept here that QAM colleagues are working on at the moment, see related tickets

I have add the wayland-desktopapps-message testsuite, it will be available since next build.
The case for X11 is still in progress.
