[openqa][sle][SLE12SP4][s390x][zkvm][kernel] Migrate zkvm to s390x-kvm-sle12
According to chat with mgriessmeier, we should migrate our s390x tests from zkvm
machine to s390x-kvm-sle12 (SLE12 Hypervisor).
The best is to be done for SLE12SP4.
NOTE: s390x-kvm-sle15 is not ready yet, that's why we should use s390x-kvm-sle12 even for SLE15.

- Category set to Bugs in existing tests
pvorel I am not sure what you want to be done here. We have three machines configured, "zkvm", "s390x-kvm-sle12" and "s390x-kvm-sle15". You already mentioned them. I suggest for now by default run tests again "s390x-kvm-sle12". "zkvm" should be faded out. "s390x-kvm-sle15" is useful for testing of sle15 as a production environment for executing openQA tests. Withing QSF (QA SLE functional) we made sure to follow the above, that is have nearly no tests anymore on "zkvm" or none. I guess the task for the Kernel&Network team is to just do the same, e.g. just do not schedule the jobs on "zkvm" anymore but on "s390x-kvm-sle12".

Considering this as done.
Changing depending job (create_hdd_textmode vs. create_hdd_minimal_base+sdk) is different task. Actually there is problem on s390x, which has much bigger images than the others, but that's different problem, I've posted a question to qa-auto.

Some issues shown with the way we use poweroff, Matthias is trying to fix it via this pull request, I help him with testing:
