The 'Minimal developer mode' has been developed by @coolo as part of os-autoinst/isotovideo: https://github.com/coolo/os-autoinst/commits/enhanced_live

It should be moved to the web UI for https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/36442.

"minimal developer mode" sounds like it should be useful to the user but without any documentation I assume it is not usable. WDYT?
