Description

Observation

It is known that on aarch64 some consoles are redirected to serial as default because "it is expected that customers always/only? use the serial console. Ask rbrown for more information.

openQA test in scenario sle-15-Installer-DVD-aarch64-cryptlvm@aarch64 fails in
boot_encrypt

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: The bug is marked as soft-fail bsc#1067481
  • AC2_ The bug is worked around.

Tasks

  1. Add record_soft_failure for bsc#1067481
  2. Add workaround that sends the crypt-password to the serial console.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 288.8
