[sle][functional][y][epic] add test to install from repomd

Description
in a discussion with snwint yesterday we noticed that SLE does not test a net installation. The regular installation DVD can be used to perform a net installation. So it would make sense to schedule it with flavor NET too. For the repo a repomd only version (ie no boot/ directory) should be used as that was one of the goals of the move to repomd
What do you mean with "schedule with flavor NET"? Can you also recommend a specific repo to test? There are many tests conducting an installation even without the DVD, e.g. booting over PXE or the s390x tests using a remote repo as well. So what do you think is missing?
I don't know the fate number (ask Thorsten Kukuk for that) but the layout on the DVD was changed to allow repomd only mirroring, ie no /boot directory. According my research on bug 1063789 I think that the SLE DVD atm cannot install from such a repo out of the box as it looks for the instsys in the wrong location. So it would make sense to verify that and make sure it never breaks. Due to lack of NET iso in SLE the regular DVD could be used for that.

Found it. I was unablem to fully comprehend what is missing in #16252 so I thought we were done there but apparently not. @lnussel can you provide more detailed instructions what to test and using which repository and where to get it?
Right now I think we copy the DVD content to openQA. The DVD contains files needed for booting. When served via eg http the installer can fetch those extra files from it. To really verify the feature you'd need some tool that mirrors only the repo parts of the DVD, solely based on rpm-md data. I believe SMT would be such a tool but maybe there are more simple ones too.
