openQA test in scenario sle-12-Server-DVD-Updates-x86_64-qam-minimal+base@64bit fails in
postgresql94server

postgresql-init changelog mentions migration to systemd:
https://build.suse.de/package/view_file/SUSE:Maintenance:4818/postgresql-init.SUSE_SLE-12_Update/postgresql-init.changes?rev=2

Therefore it seems to me that we no longer need the condition which checks for VERSION 12 in the test code.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 20170620-4 (current job)

Expected result

Last good: 20170620-3 (or more recent)
