openQA webUI - interactive mode - needle editor icon doesn't show up after new needle reloaded

Problem

Enable WebUI interactive mode, click on editor icon for creating a new needle.
After a new needle got created, click on icon "reload needles and retry".

I expect here the editor icon shows up again. Instead of that, it shows a running wheel till next needle doesn't match.
