Motivation

On test overview pages like https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/overview?distri=opensuse&version=Tumbleweed&groupid=1 we already have a comment button which allows to add a comment on all currently shown jobs, i.e. depending on the current filter selection. With the same filter now we can also add a possibility to retrigger the according filtered jobs, either with or without a corresponding comment.

I drafted https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/pull/5908 based on feedback that the comment feature is not discoverable. However I also got feedback from within the team that we don't want it to be more discoverable... so I'll leave it to anyone interested to file a ticket for this.
