Observation

Probably as a consequence of #166559 I observed that https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4655721#comments has a comment "undefined" but I have not written that comment. I have just clicked the "restart job" action on the job.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: By default a click on "restart job" must not create a comment
  • AC2: If the "comment & restart" action is used still a comment is written

Suggestions

  • Look into where #166559 could have caused a regression
