Description

Observation

Currently our infra daily is conducted for 15 minutes right before the dev daily. On days with another call afterwards that leaves 5 minutes for follow-up conversations and a 5 minute break.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1:

Suggestions

  • Go back to conducting infra calls at 13.00 or 13.30
  • Conduct the usual 11.00 calls at 13.30 instead
  • Start off dailies at 10.00

Following up with a retro topic https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/162695 . To make some room for follow-up questions after the dailies in particular infra, what would you prefer:
:one: Go back to conducting infra calls at 13.00 or 13.30
:two: Conduct the usual 11.00 calls at 13.30 instead
:three: Start off dailies at 10.00
:four: (not originally suggested in the ticket) accept as-is and schedule ad-hoc meetings for necessary follow-up

There's only one vote on #4 to leave things as-is. Maybe ask again?

(I did not vote myself as I will follow whatever works for others in the team)
