- AC1: cloudberry is usable from PRG2

- DONE Follow https://jira.suse.com/browse/ENGINFRA-3746
- Ensure machine can be reached
- Ensure machine is used as in before migration
- Follow the initial setup steps of #153718 up to the point of running openQA tests
- It appears the machine is not currently claimed by anyone so we can repurpose the machine, e.g. as openQA worker
- see what problems we found for haldir in #153718 in particular if we observe the same problem. If yes, create separate ticket about the "nothing shows up after loading initrd" problem and block on that
