Motivation

As planned and visible in https://confluence.suse.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=1006108843 there was a plan for a "QE-QA" network for anything in QE but not openQA. #136124 seems to be a symptom of misplanning as in it's unclear from where legolas should get an IP. legolas is not about openQA so it should not be in the openQA network.

(Matthias Griessmeier) @Lazaros Haleplidis @Martin Caj https://confluence.suse.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=1006108843 as well as attached screenshot (from a file in the DCT sharepoint which I cannot find right now) are mentioning a QE-QA VLAN 2112 and I wonder what's the status of the implementation here.
Reason I'm asking is this Jira-SD ticket https://sd.suse.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/SD-132841
do you have any accessible information regarding the setup of this network and can provide steps needed to set up this machine in this network?
