Motivation

openSUSE Tumbleweed already switched to SELinux and newer SUSE products do that as well so we need to support SELinux next to or instead of Apparmor.
Based on discussion with hsehic 2023-10-23 openQA in SUSE Trust needs to be able to run in an SELinux enforced environment.
