Description
Review how the SUSE QE Tools team does without moderation duty six weeks in
Motivation¶
We voted in favor of experimentally dropping the moderation duty for a period of six weeks. As per usual we'll be reviewing the outcome after that time and draw conclusions. Did it help? Did it reveal gaps? Any surprising outcomes?
Acceptance criteria¶
- AC1: The SUSE QE Tools has a better understanding of how useful the moderation duty is in its current form ** AC2:** The team is stable able to fulfill expecations as documented on our wiki
Suggestions¶
- Update the moderation duty as described in the section Weekly moderation duty with a note that it's not being used for the time being
- Drop the moderation duty from the Slack topic
- Set a due date to ensure we remember to discuss this ticket when the time comes, either asynchronously, or the next retro at that time or a separate meeting
- Do a decision how to continue, with or w/o moderation duty or any alternatives that we could come up with
