Improve the management of needles

Description
Some needles are broken, never had a match or are outdated. We need a way to organize and manage the big needle database.
- Priority changed from Normal to High
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Assignee set to coolo
we can now see which needles in /admin/needles and filter for outdated ones. What's missing is a way to clean up or add/remove mass tags
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
